· High-grade cast iron bed with enhanced mechanical properties, ribbed and resting on foundation

· Longitudinal travel along two V-block guideways for precise guidance

· Bed and carriage guideways hardened to minimum 45 HRC

· Travels assisted by central lubrication system on anti-friction material

· Headstock housing of enhanced mechanical properties

· Spindle on bearings of increased accuracy class

· Carburized, hardened, and ground shafts and gears
